Customer Help Forms
General Help Form - Use this form for most questions about using Napster. Our hard-working Customer Support team reads all requests for help and tries to respond within 48 hours. | Feedback Form - We read all of your feedback, but we generally don't send you a response. Instead, we consider how we can integrate your suggestions into future versions of the software. Please remember, as per our terms of use, that any material you send to Napster won't be considered confidential. By sending us email, you give us permission to display and distribute the information you send, as well as to use your ideas. | Bugs Form - If you've found a bug in the Napster application, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Unless we need more information, we won't send you a response. | Abuse Form - Use this form to report harassment or abuse within the Napster Community. Remove Personal Information
If you'd like to delete the Personally Identifiable Information you supplied during registration (including your email address), send a request to remove@napster.com. We'll delete that information from your account unless we're under a legal obligation to retain it. | |
